  Handed in a handbag for dry cleaning, a month goes by without hearing anything and then when I finally call to find out what is happening they tell me it cannot be cleaned and to come pick it up, even after I was told they would call me and let me know if they could/couldn't clean it. Never again, a simple call is all it would have taken.
