Didn't buy a car. Went in to look at a car. Asked for a test drive and was told i could go for one if I was going to buy the car. I said I need to test drive it to know what the car was like. The guy gave me so much attitude for want to test drive a car. after he gave me a bunch of lip I told him where to go. I called the boss and he didn't seem to care how I was treated. They lost my purchase and from the rest of the reviews here I think I dodged a bullet.

Please DO NOT buy a car from this dealership. I ignored the reviews and consequently regretted the decision. My partner and I purchased a car for $13000. It broke down 2 weeks after, the car dealership told us they would fix the car and partially pay the cost (despite their false claim of full warranties on their cars). We were naive and ended up waiting 8 weeks to have a our car back in our drive way. During this time we struggled to speak to the manager, had 95% of our calls not returned and was promised the car was being repaired. When the car was returned to us (on the back of a truck), no repairs had been done, our left windscreen wiper was stolen, our steering axle was bent (downwards strangely) and our right front lights were smashed. After paying a reputable mechanic in our local area to fix the car, he discovered the reason our car initially broke down was the engine. We ended up having to pay for the entire repairs approximately $7000. Gold Star Auto's will not hold any accountability for their cars sold to honest people who have saved hard to purchase a car. They will however; take customers money and not return calls. In order to post a review I had to give 1 star- the reality is I rate Gold Star Auto's 0 stars.
